The Emeriti Council of the Child Life Academic Society (CLAS) connects the retirees of child life academic programs and enhances the Child Life Academic Society through their foundational knowledge, support, and academic expertise. The pioneering work by the Emeriti Council members has guided future generations of child life academic programs, faculty, and students.
The Child Life Academic Society Board of Directors also includes an Emeriti Council Delegate which represents an individual who is within five years of impending academic retirement or within seven years of complete academic retirement.
